Seventy Minutes taper long NYC Virtual Run down the Empire Trail from the Bronx to the George Washington Bridge

This NYC Virtual Run follows the Empire Trail from the Bronx to the George Washington Bridge as part of the Berlin marathon training. NYS launched the Empire State Trail project back in 2017 to promote healthy lifestyles, encourage outdoor recreation, and support community vitality. This run only shows you a portion of this great trail along the northern section of Manhattan in Inwood and Washington Heights.

The Empire State Trail has over 750 miles and it puts on full display New York’s diverse history, special places, and iconic landscapes.

The Trail welcomes bicyclists, runners, and walkers of all ages and abilities to experience the New York’s urban centers, village main streets, rural communities, and diverse history, from The Adirondacks all the way down to New York City through the Hudson River Valley.

This NYC Virtual Run lets us see only a portion of the great trail.

Enjoy the Run!
